- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 large tortillas
- 1 cup salsa (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon some chicken mixture onto the center, spreading it evenly.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one edge and tucking in the sides.
- Place the seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into pinwheels. Serve with salsa.
