  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh)
  • 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Start by preparing your fruits. Cube the watermelon and rinse the blueberries under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and blueberries.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese on top of the fruit mixture.
  • If you’re using mint, toss it in now for a burst of freshness.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle this over the salad.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to mash the fruit!
