- 4 fillets tilapia

- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced bell peppers and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Stir in minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Push the peppers to one side of the skillet and add the tilapia fillets. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the fish and veggies. Stir gently to combine everything.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
