- 6 cups fresh spinach (washed and dried)
- 2 cups strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 1 cup walnuts (toasted)
- 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled (optional))
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Start by washing and drying the spinach thoroughly. Then, hull and slice the strawberries and set them aside.
- Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they’re golden and fragrant.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries, toasted walnuts, red onion, and feta cheese (if using). Toss gently to mix.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad just before serving. Toss again lightly to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh flavors!
