  • 2 cups strawberries (hulled and sliced)

  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  • Start by washing and drying the spinach thoroughly. Then, hull and slice the strawberries and set them aside.
  • Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they’re golden and fragrant.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries, toasted walnuts, red onion, and feta cheese (if using). Toss gently to mix.
  • Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad just before serving. Toss again lightly to coat all ingredients evenly.
