- 6 large eggs

- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
- Pour the mixture into your greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Once it’s done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
