  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  • Add in the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Stir in the chopped spinach and crumbled feta cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into your greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
  • Once it’s done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
