  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Optional: hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the spicy breakfast sausage and cream cheese until combined.
  3. Add the drained Rotel and stir until mixed.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt, then add to the sausage mixture and mix gently.
