Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.
- In a slow cooker, combine frozen corn, cream cheese, milk, and butter; stir well.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix to coat.
- Fold in the crumbled bacon.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Slow cook on low for 4 hours, stirring halfway through.
- Serve warm, optionally topped with more cheese or herbs.
Notes
- Frozen corn can be used directly; no need to thaw.
- Adjust seasoning to taste for more flavor.
