  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep ingredients: peel shrimp, chop spinach, and mince garlic.
  2. Cook shrimp in olive oil with garlic until pink, then set aside.
  3. Sauté spinach in the same skillet until wilted, then remove from heat.
  4. Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella and Parmesan, salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Assemble lasagna in a baking dish with layers of sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, shrimp, crab, spinach, and more sauce.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
