- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Prep ingredients: peel shrimp, chop spinach, and mince garlic.
- Cook shrimp in olive oil with garlic until pink, then set aside.
- Sauté spinach in the same skillet until wilted, then remove from heat.
- Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella and Parmesan, salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Assemble lasagna in a baking dish with layers of sauce, noodles, cheese mixture, shrimp, crab, spinach, and more sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.

- Allowing the lasagna to rest is crucial for clean slices.
