Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather ingredients.
  2. Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Separate and flatten each biscuit to about 4 inches in diameter.
  4. Place cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold and seal the biscuits around the cheese, rolling into balls.
  6. Brush the cheese bombs with garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
