- 2 large ripe peaches (sliced)
- 1 ball fresh burrata cheese (torn into pieces)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves (torn)
- 2 cups mixed greens (arugula or spinach work well)
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze or reduction (for drizzling)
- to taste salt (freshly ground)
- to taste pepper (freshly ground)
- optional toasted nuts (like pine nuts or walnuts for crunch)
Instructions
- Start by washing your peaches thoroughly. Slice them into wedges, removing the pit.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and basil leaves. Gently toss them together.
- Add the peach slices to the greens. The vibrant colors will already start to pop!
- Next, tear the burrata into pieces and place it on top of the salad.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If you’re using toasted nuts, sprinkle them on top for that extra crunch.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing summer salad!
