  • 1 ball fresh burrata cheese (torn into pieces)
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves (torn)
  • 2 cups mixed greens (arugula or spinach work well)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze or reduction (for drizzling)

Instructions

  • Start by washing your peaches thoroughly. Slice them into wedges, removing the pit.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and basil leaves. Gently toss them together.
  • Add the peach slices to the greens. The vibrant colors will already start to pop!
  • Next, tear the burrata into pieces and place it on top of the salad.
  • Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the salad.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • If you’re using toasted nuts, sprinkle them on top for that extra crunch.
