- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the special sauce.
- Combine ground beef with salt and pepper, form into 16 small patties.
- Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Toast the buns in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Assemble the burgers with sauce, a patty, lettuce, pickles, more sauce, and the top bun.
- Serve and enjoy!
