Instructions

  1. Make the marinade by whisking together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Marinate the pork in a resealable bag or dish for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
