- 2 whole ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 whole large avocado, diced
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 whole lime, juiced

Instructions
- Start by dicing the mangoes, avocado, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, cucumber, and red onion.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime over the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently mix everything together until well combined.
- Serve immediately or let it chill in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
