Instructions
- Clean and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, let rest for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine peaches, jalapeño, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Blend the mixture until smooth for the glaze.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes on one side, then flip and reduce heat.
- Add half of the peach glaze and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, drizzling any remaining glaze over it.
- Slice and serve garnished with cilantro.
