Instructions
- Gather and chop the onion, garlic, and bell peppers.
- Heat olive oil in a pot and brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the chopped vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute.
- Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Incorporate beef broth and orzo; bring to a boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Check orzo for doneness and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with parsley.
