Creamy Spinach Turkey Pasta

  • 8 ounces pasta (any type, penne or fusilli recommended)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 5 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Optional (red pepper flakes for heat)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, thickening for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss to combine and simmer for another minute.
  • Serve hot, garnished with more Parmesan if desired.
