Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add molasses and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together dry ingredients and gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set; centers should remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
