- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then add vanilla extract and mix again.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in butterscotch chips and toffee bits until evenly distributed.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
- Cool on a wire rack, then lift out and slice into squares.
Notes
- Ensure to not overmix the batter to keep the bars soft.
- Allow bars to cool completely for easier slicing.
