- 2 cans of crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Open crescent roll dough and arrange triangles in a circle on a baking sheet.
- Scoop filling onto the center of the dough circle, leaving a border.
- Fold points of dough over filling and press to seal.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
