- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients, cutting chicken into pieces and mincing garlic.
- Heat a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, and sear the chicken until golden brown, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth, simmer for 3-4 minutes, then season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet, stir to coat in sauce, and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
