Instructions
- Gather ingredients and allow steaks to come to room temperature.
- Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper, then let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Transfer steaks to a plate and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream and Dijon mustard; simmer.
- Let the sauce thicken for about 5 minutes, adding Worcestershire sauce if using.
- Slice the rested steaks against the grain into thick strips.
- Serve sliced steak drizzled with garlic cream sauce and garnish with parsley.
