Instructions

- Cream butter until fluffy, then mix in sugar mixture.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and molasses.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, alternating with buttermilk.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
