- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice chicken thighs and mince garlic.
- Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse.
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté chicken until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and cornstarch; pour over chicken and simmer until thickened.
- Add noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the sweetness of the sauce by varying the amount of honey.
