- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare spaghetti squash by cutting in half, removing seeds, and roasting for 30-40 minutes.
- While the squash roasts, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, 1 cup cheddar, and ½ cup Parmesan in a bowl.
- Shred the roasted squash into strands and allow it to cool slightly.
- Combine the cheese mixture with the shredded squash, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Mix breadcrumbs with remaining Parmesan and olive oil for topping.
- Spread the cheesy squash mixture in a greased baking dish and top with breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!

- Feel free to add sautéed onions or cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- Let cool slightly before serving for better slicing.
