- 8 oz fettuccine pasta

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients and equipment, dicing chicken and mincing garlic.
- Boil salted water, cook fettuccine pasta until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chicken with spices until cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the chicken and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, simmer, and then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more chili powder.
- You can substitute the heavy cream with a lighter option if desired.
