Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and brown the sausage for 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add lemon zest and juice.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, adding reserved water if needed.
- Mix in grated Parmesan until melted, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with parsley.
