- 1.5 pounds of steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt.
- Add cubed steak to the marinade, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using, then assemble the kebabs with the marinated steak.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
- Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until desired doneness is reached.
- Let the kebabs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
