Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice peaches, removing the pit and cutting into wedges.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Add the peaches in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
  4. Flip the peaches, sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with nuts or mint if desired.
