Instructions
- Wash and slice peaches, removing the pit and cutting into wedges.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the peaches in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
- Flip the peaches, sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Serve warm, garnished with nuts or mint if desired.
