Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by dicing the chicken, chopping the onion, and mincing the garlic.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in orzo and chicken broth; bring to a boil, then simmer until orzo is tender.
- Lower heat, stir in heavy cream and spinach/kale; cook until heated through.
- Adjust seasoning, top with Parmesan, and serve hot.
