Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: slice mushrooms and garlic, measure olive oil, and chop parsley.
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, reserve pasta water, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms with a pinch of salt until golden brown.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, cooking until fragrant.
- Combine drained spaghetti with the mushroom mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and parsley; serve warm with optional Parmesan cheese.

- Use reserved pasta water to achieve desired sauce consistency.
