Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prep all ingredients.
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season.
  3. Spread marinara sauce (or pesto) evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and add cherry tomatoes, olives, and red onion.
  5. Add fresh spinach leaves on top.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and flatbread is crisp.
  7. Garnish with olive oil and fresh basil, slice, and serve warm.
