Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients.
- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta, parsley, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 6-8 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer cooked patties to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Serve with toppings or over salad, and enjoy!
