Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by chopping sun-dried tomatoes and mincing garlic; season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, reserving some pasta water, then drain.
- Sear seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden brown, then let it rest before slicing.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, then stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Add sliced chicken to the pasta and heat everything through.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
