Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add sugar gradually, then mix in eggs one at a time until glossy.
  4. Add vanilla and salt, then sift in flour and mix gently.
  5. Mix in heavy cream until the batter is smooth and pourable.
  6. Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and tap to remove air bubbles.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is dark brown and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
