- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: chop green onions, mince garlic, and grate ginger.
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, garlic, ginger, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into four patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until they reach 165°F (75°C).
- Mix mayonnaise and lime juice in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Toast the burger buns until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers with lime mayonnaise, chicken patty, lettuce, and cucumbers.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Adjust lime juice in the sauce to taste.
- Serve with sweet potato fries or salad for a complete meal.
