- 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color you prefer)
- 4 low-carb tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by slicing the beef, onion, and bell pepper.
- Sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers in olive oil until tender.
- Cook the beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the same skillet.
- Mix the cooked beef with the sautéed vegetables.
- Assemble the roll-ups by placing the mixture and cheese in tortillas and rolling them tightly.
- Cook the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the skillet until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy with hot sauce if desired!
