  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl; heat for 30 seconds and stir until smooth.

  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and pepperoni over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
