- 1/4 cup almond flour

- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl; heat for 30 seconds and stir until smooth.
- Add the egg, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix until a dough forms.
- Flatten the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese and pepperoni over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
- Roll the dough tightly using the parchment paper to guide you; pinch the seam to seal.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
