- 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 1-inch thick)

- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep ingredients: mince garlic, season steaks with salt and pepper, and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks and let them rest covered with foil for 5-10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes, then add heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and adjust seasoning.
- Slice steaks, drizzle with garlic sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.

- For different doneness, adjust cooking time accordingly.
