Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract; beat until well combined.
- Mix flour, Jello powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and tops are slightly set.
- Cool cookies on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
