- 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2–3 jalapenos (finely chopped, seeds removed for less heat)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and thaw the puff pastry.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into 1-inch wide and 4-inch long strips.
- Place a spoonful of filling at one end of each strip.
- Twist the pastry strips and seal the ends.
- Brush each twist with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving with dipping sauce.
