Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients by dicing vegetables and mincing garlic.

- Add diced onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
- Stir in garlic, thyme, and oregano; cook until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add white beans and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
