Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by shredding chicken and dicing the vegetables.
- Mix the dressing by combining mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the chicken and vegetables to the dressing, folding gently to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy, optionally garnished with provolone cheese.
