Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, hot honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 tablespoons each.
  4. Cook the patties in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Toast the slider buns in the skillet or toaster oven until golden brown.
  6. Assemble the sliders with patties, arugula or lettuce, and optional pickles on the toasted buns.
