- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns (mini hamburger buns work great)
- Fresh arugula or lettuce for topping
- Sliced pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and preheat the skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, hot honey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 tablespoons each.
- Cook the patties in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast the slider buns in the skillet or toaster oven until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders with patties, arugula or lettuce, and optional pickles on the toasted buns.
Notes
- Make sure the ground chicken is thawed before cooking.
- Do not overcrowd the skillet when cooking the sliders.
