Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, honey, and melted butter.
- Add eggs and sour cream, and beat until creamy.
- Fold in corn kernels.
- Add cheese, baking powder, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Frozen corn can be used without thawing.
- Ensure the casserole is fully set in the center before removing from the oven.
