- 2 cups milk

- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Make the cream filling by beating heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix pudding and milk, then fold in the whipped cream mixture.
- Prepare the apples by chopping and tossing with cinnamon.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the cream filling over the crackers.
- Add the apples and drizzle with caramel.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with graham crackers on top.
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with extra caramel drizzled on top.
