Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- Mix ground chicken, feta, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into four patties, making a slight indentation in the center.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Toast buns in the skillet if desired.
- Assemble burgers with patties and your favorite toppings.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
