Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: mince garlic and chop parsley.
- Cook tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, season steak, and sear for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Sauté garlic in the skillet until fragrant.
- Drain tortellini and mix with garlic in the skillet.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain.
- Add sliced steak to the tortellini and mix gently.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley and Parmesan if desired.
