- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 large egg

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf in a baking dish or lined loaf pan.
- Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve warm, optionally drizzling more ketchup on the side.
