- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Transfer chicken to a plate and cover with foil to rest.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes, then stir in parmesan until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer longer after adding the cream.
