Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Layer tortillas at the bottom of the greased dish.
  4. Add cooked sausage and optional bell peppers, then top with shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set.
  7. Cool for 5-10 minutes and garnish with green onions.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
